She has also learnt about each of the foods and how they may be of benefit to ones health. Her family creations, Hoi An specialties, street foods and international dishes and desserts are available at different establishments. Mermaid Restaurant, White Lantern, and Cargo Club are establishments with a tempting selection of Ms. Vy's family recipes and other local dishes. Western dishes and French influenced desserts are at Cargo Club. Vietnamese home cuisine is available upstairs at Morning Glory Street Food Restaurant and downstairs, street food dishes, the com- munities secret recipes, are available. The Morning Glory Cooking School is where you can learn about this delicious cuisine from someone with a rare passion for it.
