| Morning Glory Street Food Restaurant
This restaurant, the latest of Ms. Trinh Diem Vy's creations, has come about due to her passion for good local street food, not being able to find the childhood tastes she recalls with fond memories and a wish to share this food with others.
It is situated in an elegant French style colonial building in the heart of the old historic town of Hoi An. Here in this beautiful building, we have a cooking school and restaurant with two dining areas.
Downstairs at street level we have our traditional “Street Food” restaurant with special Hoi An “street foods”. Examples of the dishes included are Cao Lau, My Quang and Fresh Rice Paper with Grilled Pork. Some Hoi An style sandwiches are available and some traditional deserts such as Che. This health-promoting sweet helps to cool the body in hot weather and an example is the delicious Soft Tofu and Ginger Syrup Che.
We also have a bar downstairs serving traditional Vietnamese drinks and health-enhancing beverages.
