We have two cooking rooms at "Morning Glory" on the second floor with unusual views of Hoi An rooftops. One of our rooms is for demonstration classes with a TV and screen for ease of viewing. The other is for hands-on-classes and is set up with fully equipped cooking units and an overhead mirror.

We have a variety of options with or without market tours. Our regular classes include learning about "Daily Vietnamese Food" and "Cooking for Special Occasions". There also are classes for professional chefs and culinary students. Workshops can be organized to suite clients needs. New classes include learning local "Street Food" cooking classes and local "Vietnamese Home-Style Family" cooking classes.
